Fuji GX680 Medium Format camera with EBC FUJINON GX 180mm/f 5.6 lens, a 120 6x8 Roll film back (complete with insert, darkslide, and take up spool), waist-level viewfinder, and a AA battery adapter/power pack. Condition is Used with signs of use. This camera was designed for and is great for professional studio portraitures but can also be used for a wide array of applications. One set of features that makes this camera stand out from its competitors it the inclusion of tilt/shift, rise/fall, and swing movements which gives the user a plethora of perspective control.

In addition, this camera also features a revolving film back which makes swapping between portrait and landscape orientations a breeze. This camera is in working condition and I have recently run a roll of film through it to verify that everything is functioning properly. All the motors run smoothly, the shutter works properly, and the film advances properly. All mechanical functions of the camera seem to be in good working order.

I would like to point out that the Focus Lock Lever on the right hand side of the camera is missing (see picture #08) but this does not affect the functionality of the camera. In addition the shift knob set screw is a bit bent (see picture #09) but it can still easily be turned without cross-threading it and the lens standard still smoothly shifts left and right when properly loosened. Please note that because the shift knob screw is bent you cannot fully tighten it to "lock" the shift of the front standard.

Tightening the shift knob will only add a bit of friction but will not completely lock it in place. I also noticed that the outer layers of the bellows are starting to flake (see picture #10) but they still appear to be completely light tight and do not feel stiff. I did not notice any signs of a light leak on the roll of film I ran through this camera and most of the pictures were taken on a bright, sunny day. As is common with this particular model, the internal battery in the film back has died. The battery can be replaced if you are willing to take apart the film back and solder in a new battery but the camera is perfectly functional without it. The purpose of this battery is only to supply power to film back when removed from the camera in order to maintain the "memory" of how many exposures have already been taken on that particular roll. The film advance motors are powered by the main battery on the camera body and when attached to the camera the film back's LCD will turn on as long as the camera is turned on. I did notice that if the camera is left sitting for a couple of days or if the film back is removed from the camera the film back will lose its memory of how many exposures have been taken on the loaded roll of film. If you plan on using up all 9 frames of the standard 120 roll film in one sitting then this should not be a problem for you at all. Otherwise, I'd recommend just taking notes to keep track of how many exposures have been taken. Even if the LCD screen turns off and the exposure count on the film back resets in the middle of the roll this should not cause any significant spacing issues on the film. The 180mm f-5.6 lens is free of any fungus or haze. However there is some scratching on the front element (shown in picture #12) but they do not appear to affect the image quality.

The first three frames of my test roll were take with this exact lens on a bright, sunny day and I do not see any signs of the scratches on the images themselves. If you would like to see these test images please let me know and I will be happy to send them to you for your review. There are a few scratches on the focusing screen (shown in picture #07) but these obviously do not affect image quality and do not adversely affect one's ability to focus the camera. Please refer to the pictures as they are a major part of this description.

However, I did not have this camera professionally serviced or tested so I cannot guarantee and I do not make any claims that all of the functions, settings, shutter speeds, etc. Please make sure to read the description carefully and look over the photos for any defects or deficiencies.

Depending on where you are in the US one may be cheaper than the other so I recommend you take a look at both and choose whichever is cheapest for you.
